Objective:
Analyze HRMS reporting needs. Determine what issues should be addressed within the HRMS system and the strategy for HR Reporting within the Data Warehouse.
Scope:- Analyze current reporting difficulties and consider options for solutions:
- Determine what data is hard to get or not available
- Determine what data needs to be merged together for one report
- Organize and document existing queries. Determine a standard set of queries that could be in a menu
- Training/Education
- Identify candidates for common definitions (i.e., FTE)
- Resolve reconciling issues (i.e., FIS & HRMS)
- Define security needs and requirements for HRMS data
- Address system performance issues
