12/08/08 HR Menu Reports Enhancements Now Available
We are pleased to announce several enhancements to the HR Menu Reports.
As a result of user feedback, we have implemented enhancements to the HR Menu Reports. Listed below are several of the enhancements:
- When you drill through from a summary report to a detail report, it will open in a new browser window. You can now have several drill-through detail windows open simultaneously.
- Supervisor's Name is now an available column on the Personnel Reporting Level detail reports, and there is a report option that allows you to select a formatted list report with page breaks by supervisor.
- On the Payroll Distribution and Encumbrance summary reports, when the Account Title field is blank, it will be substituted with the Department Name.
- Sorting has been applied to the date fields on the Payroll Distribution and Encumbrance detail reports to ensure that the data appears in chronological order.
- Run Date, Run By, and Data As Of information has been added to the headers and footers of all the reports.
- On the Personnel Reporting Level Detail Reports, you can now search for employees by Employee ID in addition to Employee Name.
- The Personnel Status Changes report now has a report option that allows you to select a formatted list version of each report.
