07/31/08 University Financial Menu Reports Implementation Timeline Announced
The tentative schedule for the initial RAPS University Financial Menu Reports rollout has been announced.
The first set of University Financial Menu Reports will be rolled out in the Fall of 2008 with a pilot program beginning in September. There will be a graduated deployment to all University departments after the pilot.

The University Financial Menu Reports include:
- Budget Summary
- Transaction Detail
- Open Encumbrance Detail
- Balance Sheet Account Summary
- Actual Activity
- Budget Activity
A sample of the robust reporting options available in the above reports includes:
- Ability to run by a School, Reporting Unit (Main Dept), Division, and Department
- Filter by LC, Subclass, Object, Fund, Fund Code, and Fund Major
- Filter by Principal Investigator
- Customize report output by choosing columns to show or hide
- Choices for how to sort, group, and subtotal
- Drill-down from summary reports to detail reports
- Output to PDF and Excel
